About the Role

Genesis10 is currently seeking experienced Senior IT Recruiters to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting IT and Business Professional roles across a national client base spanning multiple industries and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates using internal databases, online resources, networking, and referrals
- Conduct candidate interviews and provide compensation guidance
- Match and present qualified candidates to clients based on detailed job requirements




- Perform reference checks
- Coordinate and prepare candidates for client interviews
- Manage the full offer process, maintaining consistent communication with candidates
- Maintain accurate documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Stay informed on technology trends and current market conditions

Qualifications

- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- 4+ years of IT recruiting experience in US staffing.
- Direct Clients and W2
- Proven ability to develop new candidate relationships via phone outreach
- Strong prospecting skills with confidence in cold-calling
- Excellent internet research capabilities
- Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
- Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented
- Persuasive, persistent, and self-initiated
- Strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills
- Competitive, self-motivated personality
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Teams/Zoom, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
