Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a solid technical background in software and application development, Agile/Scrum methodologies, cloud technologies, and client management.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing end-to-end technical projects, leading development teams, and delivering scalable applications. Strong expertise in Azure DevOps (Mandatory), Azure Cloud, Azure Portal, and familiarity with AI tools and modern application development technologies is expected.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of software development and application development projects.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Use Azure DevOps for sprint planning, backlog management, work item tracking, dashboards, and project reporting.
- Coordinate with .NET developers, frontend/backend developers, QA, DevOps, and cloud engineering teams.
- Drive application development initiatives and ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.
- Manage client interactions, requirement discussions, technical presentations, project updates, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with technical architects and development leads on application architecture, integrations, APIs, and deployment strategies.
- Leverage AI tools to improve development productivity, project execution, automation,



and delivery efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, identify technical challenges, and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects while maintaining quality, scalability, and client satisfaction.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Technical Project Management experience.
- Azure DevOps tool experience is mandatory.
- Strong technical/development background, preferably in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, SQL Server, or related technologies.
- Good understanding of application development, including frontend, backend, APIs, database, and application integration.
- Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing software development teams and end-to-end application delivery.
- Client-facing experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Additional Skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
- Practical experience with the Azure Portal, including resource management, monitoring, deployments, and cloud environments.
- Understanding of cloud architecture, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, and related services.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices, and application deployment.
- Familiarity with AI tools and AI-powered development assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
- Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, and their application in software development projects.
- Ability to understand technical discussions, evaluate development approaches, and coordinate with architecture and engineering teams.
