Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate Technical Lead to join our company. As Technical

Lead, you will oversee the companys technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze, write progress reports, identify gaps, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.

Able to understand the complexity of the project, and provide the solution which is scalable,

maintainable according to Projects budget and timeline.

Provide solution to project leader for technical challenges

Manage the Git access and source code repository

Do the code review and project audit to ensure that it is matching the coding standard.

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Gather requirements directly from the client and make a development plan with the PM and forecast the timeline for completion.

Train, mentor and rescue senior and mid developers when they are facing blockages in development.



Help HR with quarterly appraisal feedback of Senior and mid developers working with you.

Responsible for developing a high-quality product for the client

Take the internal demo and provide feedback

Provide estimation for sprint and change request

Effective utilization of skilled knowledge workers as per their strength and weakness

Essential Skills

Must be able to work on high pressure situation

Must know different leadership style to deliver work

Must be result oriented with the ability to keep the team happy.

Must have Good English communication skill

Must be able to quickly learn and implement any current technology

Must be procient in technical analysis of requirement

Should have ability to manage team of Senior, Mid developers

Should be polite and resourceful person

Experience in development of web applications, Cloud applications

Must have Experience of Microsoft Azure Deployment and AWS

Must have a good working knowledge of Scrum Framework

Having relevant Microsoft certication on the latest technology would be added as advantage.
