We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Architect with strong knowledge of Core HR and Benefits to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams in designing and delivering effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements from senior stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories and functional documentation.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Support solution design, business process improvements and transformation initiatives.
- Participate across all stages of the SDLC.
- Collaborate with US and European stakeholders to drive solution delivery.
Required Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Technology.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Core HR, Benefits and Hire-to-Retire processes.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL and OIC.
- Knowledge of Oracle AI Studio and VBCS is an added advantage.
- Solid stakeholder management, requirement gathering and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and Data Analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in business process re-engineering and transformation is preferred.
