ROLE EXPECTATIONS
- Assist the Team in managing and overseeing data management processes
- Coordinate and allocate tasks to team members for productive and accurate data handling o Collaborate with other teams to gather, analyse, and validate data inputs.
- Implement controls and protocols to maintain data integrity and security.
- Support the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor team members on data management best practices and technologies. o Monitor and report on data management performance metrics tend KPIs.
- Address issues or escalations related to data management processes. Migration of new two client database setup to production
- Lead and supervise a team of data management professionals within the Trust Management department.
- Develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and validation of data from various sources.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring.
- Ensure data security and privacy by enforcing data protection protocols.
- Act as a point of contact for data-related escalations and issues.
- Collaborate with External / Internal Senior stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for data management.
