Team Leader Collections - Field Recovery | No Of Openings: 5 We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Collections Team Leader - Field Recovery to lead field collection teams handling overdue gold-loan accounts. The role involves managing field operations, allocating accounts, monitoring team productivity, following up with customers, and improving recovery performance across assigned locations. Candidates should have strong field recovery experience, team-handling skills, and knowledge of delinquency management.

Roles and Responsibilities

Field Recovery & Account Management

- Drive recovery of overdue and delinquent gold-loan accounts across different DPD buckets.
- Prioritize accounts based on overdue duration, outstanding amount, risk, and recovery potential.
- Ensure regular field visits, customer follow-ups, and adherence to Promise to Pay (PTP) commitments.
- Handle difficult customer cases and support timely resolution of escalations.

Team Management & Performance Monitoring

- Lead, guide, and coach Field Collection Executives.
- Allocate accounts and territories and set daily and monthly recovery targets.
- Monitor field visits, collections, productivity, and attendance.
- Conduct daily performance reviews and address execution gaps.
- Accompany team members on critical customer visits when required.
- Metrics, Reporting & CRM Management
- Track recovery rates,



PTP conversion, field productivity, and DPD movement.
- Identify high-risk and high-value accounts for focused recovery efforts.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, field visit remarks, and collection records.
- Monitor team performance and take corrective action to improve recovery outcomes.

Process & Compliance

- Follow company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure professional customer communication and proper documentation.
- Coordinate internally for payment confirmation and escalations.
- Maintain discipline in field execution, reporting, and CRM updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3 to 6 years of experience in field collections, recovery, or delinquency management.
- Prior team-handling experience preferred.
- Experience in NBFCs, banking, gold loans, fintech, or lending preferred.
- Solid knowledge of overdue account management and field recovery.
- Good customer negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
- Understanding of DPD, PTP, recovery metrics, and CRM-based tracking.
- Good knowledge of the local market and geography.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and recovery activities.

Chennai: Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Hyderabad: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
