– Team Lead (US B2B Sales) # Work Mode: Work from OfficeWorking Days: 5 Days a Week ### Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – US B2B Sales to manage and guide a sales team targeting the US market. The candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, team management skills and the ability to achieve sales targets. ### Key Responsibilities - Manage and motivate a team of B2B sales executives.

- Handle the complete sales process, including lead generation, cold calling, follow-ups, negotiations and deal closures.
- Develop strategies to improve sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and team productivity.
- Train and guide team members on sales techniques and client handling.
- Generate new business opportunities in the US market.
- Maintain client relationships.
- Track team performance and prepare sales reports.




- Ensure achievement of individual and team targets. ### Required Skills &

Qualifications - Experience in B2B Sales, preferably US market.

- Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a team-handling role.
- Good knowledge of outbound sales and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage targets and team performance.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
