Role Description The Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun.

The Team

Lead oversees a small to medium-sized team, coordinating daily tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring delivery of high-quality work aligned with client requirements. This role includes planning and prioritizing work, assigning responsibilities, and guiding team members through recruitment processes, documentation, and internal workflows.

Lead collaborates with senior stakeholders to report progress, address operational issues, and implement process improvements. The role also involves mentoring team members, supporting their career development, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, people management, and performance monitoring in a consulting, recruitment, or service-oriented workplace.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external teams.
- Solid organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, including task prioritization and process improvement initiatives.
- Comfort with data and reporting, including tracking key metrics, preparing status updates, and using productivity or CRM tools.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and support skills development.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field; relevant experience in recruitment or consulting is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Dehradun and collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
