- Looking for a proactive and result-driven Team Lead – Telecallers to manage and guide the telecalling team at Cosmediks Clinic.
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily calling operations, ensuring lead conversions, maintaining quality standards, and driving team performance.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling telecalling teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and achieve targets in a rapid-paced clinic environment.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading the team, improving call quality, and achieving business targets while maintaining a high standard of patient experience.
- The idea candidate wll be responsible for monitor inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high-quality communication and patient handling
- The candidate wil be Lead, supervise, and manage a team of telecallers to achieve daily and monthly targets

Pay: ₹25,542.42 - ₹30,958.79 per month
