Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead Wealth Sales to join our dynamic team in Haryana. This role is pivotal in leading a sales team focused on wealth management and financial services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing sales teams, driving business growth, and acquiring clients in the wealth sector.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Wealth Sales team to achieve business objectives.

- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure targets are met.
- Support team members in acquiring recent clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.




- Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and execution.

Required Skills - Proven experience in Wealth Sales, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products including Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Insurance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while supporting team performance.
