Job Title: Team Lead – Support, Service & Project

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage and coordinate technical support, service operations, and project delivery. The candidate will be responsible for leading the team, ensuring timely issue resolution, monitoring project progress, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Support, Service, and Project teams.
- Monitor daily technical support activities and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Coordinate installation, implementation, maintenance, and service activities.
- Plan, track, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and provide technical guidance.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure effective resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and management.




- Prepare and maintain service reports, project updates, and MIS reports.
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.

Required Skills

- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in project coordination and service operations.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of technical support and project management processes.
