We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – End User Support to lead and manage IT support operations.
Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of IT / End User Support Engineers.
- Handle daily team operations and task allocation.
- Monitor SLA, KPI and ticket resolution.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Ensure smooth delivery of IT infrastructure support services.
Preferred candidate profile 4+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / End User Support.
Prior Team Lead experience is mandatory.
Strong experience in team handling and people management.
Experience in SLA and escalation management.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Important: This is a pure Team Lead requirement. Candidates with only individual contributor experience in Desktop Support / IT Support are not suitable.
