We are seeking a motivated and experienced Academic Team Lead to guide our academic team and support high-quality teaching and learning. The successful candidate will coordinate academic activities, mentor staff, monitor student progress, and help ensure consistent delivery of the curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support academic staff.
- Coordinate curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and academic schedules.
- Monitor student performance and coordinate appropriate support.
- Review teaching quality and promote effective instructional practices.
- Prepare academic reports and share progress updates with leadership.
- Communicate professionally with students, parents or guardians, and colleagues.
- Identify opportunities to improve academic programs and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- Teaching experience; academic leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with learning-management systems and student records is an advantage.

Location: Kannur District, Kerala Salary: ₹25000 - ₹40000 per month
