Company Description CLOUDIT Automation & Accounting Services LLC is looking for a qualified who will r eview and prepare individual tax returns (Form 1040), ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations.

Handle client communications, including responding to tax-related queries, requesting missing documents, and providing timely updates on return status. Track and manage the status of tax returns, monitor deadlines, and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion and filing. Utilize ATX Tax Software to prepare, review, and process tax returns efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Having a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 yrs of experience preparing tax returns.
- Review individual income tax returns (Form 1040) for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable federal and state tax laws.
- Prepare, review, and process individual tax returns using ATX Tax Software.
- Handle client communications, including responding to tax-related queries and requesting missing tax documents and information.
- Monitor and track the status of tax returns to ensure timely preparation, review, and filing.
- Review federal and state tax returns, ensuring accurate reporting of income, deductions, credits, and tax liabilities.




- Identify errors, discrepancies, and potential tax issues during return reviews and recommend appropriate corrections.
- Assist team members with complex tax scenarios, return preparation issues, and technical queries.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve outstanding issues and obtain necessary clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with IRS guidelines, state-specific tax regulations, and established quality standards.
- Manage return assignments, prioritize workloads, and monitor team productivity to meet deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on completed tax returns before finalization and submission.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, review comments, and tax return progress.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on tax preparation procedures, software functionality, and review standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time.
- Escalate complex tax issues, compliance concerns, and unresolved client matters to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
