Key responsibilities

- Market mapping

- Map talent in SEA markets (Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand) and India across sales, presales, technical, consulting and corporate roles

- Identify target companies and competitors, and the talent pools within them

- Build org charts and talent maps for key roles and skill sets

- Pipeline building

- Source and engage passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, skilled communities and other channels

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

- Use Boolean and X-ray searches and other advanced techniques to find niche and hard-to-find skills

- Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS/CRM

- Market intelligence and data

- Collect and organise market data such as talent availability, salary benchmarks, competitor hiring trends, notice periods and skill supply and demand

- Build and maintain market data trackers and dashboards in Excel

- Prepare clear insight reports to support hiring strategy, workforce planning and hiring manager discussions

- Track sourcing metrics such as pipeline size, response rates and conversion

- Collaboration

- Work with sourcers, recruiters and hiring managers across APAC to understand role requirements

- Share market insights and talent trends with the wider TA team

What we're looking for





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR, Business, Analytics or a related field is a plus)

- Freshers are welcome, and 1+ year of sourcing, recruitment research or talent intelligence experience is an advantage

- Strong research skills and a keen interest in talent markets across SEA and India

- Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data organisation). Power BI or other reporting tools are a plus

- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Boolean search, or a strong willingness to learn

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large amounts of data

- Clear written and verbal communication in English

- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing several priorities
