Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, particularly for bulk and mass hiring initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, particularly in the BFSI sector and sales roles.
