Responsibilities

- Responsible for Recruitment operations end to end recruitment (approx. 40 roles)
- Sourcing, screening, interview logistics, candidate assessment, comp negotiation,



Offer release, post offer engagement and enable onboarding
- Stakeholder management, regular reviews and meetings with the hiring managers
- Update and publish TA dashboard
- Manage effective source of hire. Direct sourcing, leverage external career site, Professional networking site, drive internal talent mobility etc.
- Partnering with stakeholders and execute all the aspects of TA to drive the deliverables of the Account along with Manager
- Attracting Diverse Talent
