Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in bulk hiring and retail recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, handling high-volume hiring requirements, and ensuring timely closure of positions across retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer release and onboarding.
- Handle bulk hiring for retail stores and other business requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, social media, and other channels.
- Manage high-volume recruitment targets and ensure timely position closures.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
- Screen candidates and assess their suitability based on job requirements.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and daily hiring updates.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Mandatory experience in Retail Hiring.
- Robust experience in Bulk Hiring / Volume Recruitment.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
- Must be proficient in Marathi.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Male candidates preferred.
