Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sourcing Specialist

Mode of Work: Hybrid (Must be willing to WFO 3days a week for now and should be flexible to work 5days in future when required)

Role Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in Workday Recruiting and head-hunting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and driving an outstanding candidate experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization.
- Work extensively on Workday Recruiting for requisition creation, job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling.




- Conduct head-hunting to identify strong passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, social networks, and industry references.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill expectations, and project needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess overall candidate fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Ensure recruitment SLAs and timelines are met with high quality.
- Coordinate interview logistics and communicate updates to candidates.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting (mandatory).
- Proven experience in head-hunting and sourcing passive candidates.
- Excellent knowledge of job portals and professional networking tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
- Valuable understanding of hiring processes, compliance, and documentation.
