Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across technical and non-technical domains.

The role involves understanding client requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across technical and non-technical domains.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.




- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Support talent mapping, headhunting and employer branding activities.
- Manage multiple hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

Preferred candidate profile

- 0-1 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Robust sourcing and candidate identification skills.
- Good understanding of technical and non-technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, responsible and ownership-driven approach.
- Experience working with startups or fast-growing organizations will be an advantage.
