Specialist – Talent Acquisition (TAT)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely candidate submissions and position closures.

Qualifications:

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT hiring.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.
- Willing to work on-site in Bangalore.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
