Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at eClerx, Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and lateral positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles in coordination with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, notice period, and job fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for timely feedback.
- Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, offer acceptance, and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure recruitment targets and turnaround times are achieved.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, background verification,



and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, dashboards, and accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
- Participate in walk-in drives, hiring campaigns, employee referral initiatives, and other recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and documentation standards.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of recruitment metrics, TAT, SLA, and offer-to-join ratios.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience Experience in IT, BPM, BPO, digital services, or corporate recruitment is preferred.
