Work Schedule
- Location: Chinarpark, Kolkata, West Bengal
- Working days: 6 days a week
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Role & Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end hiring for open positions in Kolkata and the East region.
- Raise and track requisitions with hiring managers
- Source through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and drives
- Screen resumes, conduct first-round calls and coordinate interviews
- Manage offers, negotiation and joining follow-up
- Maintain trackers and share MIS on open positions and time-to-fill
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in HR, or any graduate with relevant recruitment experience
- 25 years in end-to-end recruitment, preferably FMCG or manufacturing
- English, Bengali and Hindi preferred
Skills & KPIs Skills: Sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, MS Excel, communication.
KPIs: Time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, cost-per-hire, early attrition.
