Role Description:

The System Engineer – Pre Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position involves working closely with prospective customers and partners to understand their technical requirements, design tailored solutions using LinkShadow’s platform, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments. The role includes preparing technical proposals, responding to RFPs, and supporting the sales team with architecture diagrams, sizing, and integration plans.

The System

Engineer will troubleshoot pre-sales technical issues, provide best-practice guidance on systems design and implementation, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine solutions based on market feedback. Regular engagement in meetings, workshops, and presentations is expected to help drive successful technical evaluations and customer adoption.

Qualifications

1. 4-5 years of IT Security Experience in Pre sales/ Solution Engineering
2. Technical knowledge of Routing and Switching with experience in tools like NDR, ECR,XDR, Firewall , SIEM
3. Robust understanding of cybersecurity Concepts , including threat detection,



incident response and network security
4. Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements
5. Strong understanding of customers , channel partners and market dynamics and requirements
6. Excellent communication skills , with the ability to explain complete technical topics and non – technical audience
