Hardware &

- Maintenance

- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

- Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.

- Perform preventive maintenance of computer systems.

- Install and update operating systems, drivers, and application software.

- Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, and maintenance activities.

B. Networking &

- Internet

- Install and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network cabling.

- Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet-related issues.

- Configure IP addresses, network printers, and access points.

- Monitor network performance and ensure connectivity across departments.

- Maintain network diagrams and equipment records.

C. CCTV Installation &

- Maintenance

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and monitoring systems.

- Perform camera positioning, cabling, and connectivity checks.

- Troubleshoot camera failures, recording issues, and remote viewing problems.

- Monitor CCTV recording and storage status.

- Maintain CCTV system backup and recording availability as per company policy.





- Coordinate with CCTV service providers for major repairs.

D. IT Infrastructure Support

- Provide technical support to all departments.

- Maintain biometric attendance devices and access control systems.

- Support UPS, power backup, and IT equipment installation.

- Coordinate with external service providers and vendors.

- Ensure proper documentation of IT equipment and maintenance activities.

E. Security &

- Compliance

- Ensure CCTV cameras are operational in designated areas.

- Maintain restricted access to CCTV systems and recordings.

- Follow company IT security and data confidentiality policies.

- Report technical failures and security-related issues immediately.

1. Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Computer Hardware &
- Networking / IT.

- B.Sc.

Computer

Science / BCA / B.Sc. IT.

- Relevant technical certification in Networking, Hardware, or CCTV is preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
