- Provide basic technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting system, network and application problems
- Assistant in maintaining IT Inventory and documentation
- Help with software installation, updatdes, and system maintenance
- Support CCTV, biometric devices, and other office IT Systems when required
- Coordinate with senior IT staff for issue escalation.
- Visit company sites when required for IT support
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
