Role OverviewLead the Industrial Engineering team to improve line efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across the factory.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct time & motion (GSD/SMV) studies and maintain accurate SMVs for all styles
• Plan and balance lines; allocate operators based on the skill matrix
• Handle capacity planning and target setting
• Monitor efficiency, DHU, and hourly output; identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
• Develop and implement SOPs, work aids, and layout improvements
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste
• Support recent style development, pre-production planning, and pilot runs
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, and Maintenance teams
• Train and mentor IE staff and supervisors
• Present efficiency reports and KPIs to management
• Ensure safety and sustainability compliance
