We are looking for a proactive and organized Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and manage influencer collaborations across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators.
• Contact influencers and negotiate collaboration commercials.
• Manage 100–150 influencer collaborations per month.
• Coordinate product dispatch, content creation, and posting schedules.
• Follow up with influencers to ensure timely content delivery.
• Share scripts, creative briefs, and content guidelines with creators.
• Review influencer content and coordinate necessary revisions.
• Maintain influencer databases, trackers, and performance reports.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, and sales generated.
• Build long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
• Help streamline influencer marketing processes and build efficient systems. Requirements




• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing.
• Comfortable communicating with influencers over WhatsApp, Instagram, and calls.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn. Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills are welcome to apply.
