About the Role
Are you a digital native with a pulse on trending content, a sharp eye for aesthetics, and a knack for building thriving online communities? We are looking for an energetic Social Media Executive with a minimum of 2 years' experience to lead and elevate our client's digital presence If you know how to turn creative ideas into engaging campaigns, decode platform algorithms, and drive meaningful audience interaction across Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
• Content Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, and manage end-to-end social media calendars and campaigns tailored to different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Content Creation: Collaborate with design and video editing teams to produce thumb-stopping reels, stories,



graphics, and copy that align with our brand identity.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively foster an engaged, loyal online community.
• Analytics & Growth: Track campaign performance, analyse engagement metrics, and generate monthly reports to optimize strategy and maximize reach.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of digital trends, viral formats, and industry updates to ensure our brand remains relevant and culturally connected.

Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (agency or in-house experience preferred).
•

Skills:
Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities, a solid grasp of social media analytics tools, and a sharp eye for visual aesthetics.
• Familiarity: Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) and basic content editing tools.
• Portfolio/Track Record: Proven examples of past social media campaigns, growth metrics, or handles you have successfully managed are mandatory.
