Inventory & Dispatch Trainee Position Title: Inventory & Dispatch Trainee Department: Warehouse / Operations

Punjab Role Overview The Inventory & Dispatch Trainee will support day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock tracking, and dispatch coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse. • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements. • Support the dispatch process, including packing, labeling, and shipment preparation. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. • Perform data entry tasks related to inventory and dispatch in MS Office tools (Excel, Word). • Conduct basic stock audits and physical verification when required.



• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all transactions. • Follow company procedures related to safety and quality standards. Eligibility Criteria •

Education:
Graduate in any discipline •

Experience:
Freshers or up to 1 year experience preferred Required Skills • Basic English communication skills (verbal and written) • Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) • Basic computer operating skills • Good attention to detail and accuracy Genera l • Ability to work in a team-oriented setting • Willingness to learn and adapt to warehouse operations Preferred Attributes • Basic understanding of inventory or warehouse processes (optional) • Ability to handle physical work if required • Time management and organizational skills
