Mumbai Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site installation and execution work. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, timely project completion, coordination with clients and contractors, and smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily site activities and installation work.
• Oversee glass partitions, aluminium partitions, doors, and other interior solutions.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Take accurate site measurements and verify drawings.
• Ensure installation work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the purchase and logistics departments.
• Manage installation teams and site workers.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and share updates with management.




• Maintain quality standards and ensure safety at the site.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure timely completion and proper handover of projects. Candidate Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in site execution or interior fit-out projects preferred.
• Knowledge of glass partitions, aluminium systems, and installation processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and take site measurements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to different project sites.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and reporting preferred. Required Skills
