Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth operations.

- Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring.

- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and dispatch schedules.

- Maintain accurate records of stock, invoices, and supply chain documentation.

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery of goods.

- Follow up on pending orders and resolve operational issues promptly.

- Prepare daily reports related to inventory, dispatch, and procurement.

- Support the team in improving supply chain efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: Graduate in any stream (preferred).

- Experience: 01 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.

- Language: Hindi communication is mandatory.

- Location: Candidates based in Telangana / Hyderabad are preferred.

- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and organisational skills.

- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
