Job Title: Student Admission Counsellor

Reporting To: Admission Manager / Centre Head

Experience: 0-3 Years .

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and result-oriented Student Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for generating admissions through effective counselling, follow-ups, lead management, and relationship building with students and parents.

2. Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle enquiries from prospective students through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
2. Counsel students and parents about available courses, programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
3. Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
4. Explain admission procedures, fee structures, scholarships, and payment options.
5. Follow up with prospective students regularly to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
6. Maintain and update student enquiry databases and CRM records.
7. Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
8. Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth admission processes.
9. Assist students in completing admission forms and submitting required documents.
10. Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
11. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
12. Ensure a smooth and professional admission experience for every student.

- Ability to handle student and parent queries.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and CRM.

4. Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- MBA, BBA, or relevant educational background will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
