Minimum Qualification
Program in Project Management Level -1
1. Must have a thorough domain knowledge of structural fabrication
2. Able to plan for his job in line with the delivery schedule to match site erection
3. Able to read fabrication drawings thoroughly and understand the symbols
4. Must have sound knowledge of welding techniques generally practiced in structural welding
5. Should be well versed with various stages of structural fabrication line works
6. Able to plan for manpower and other resources to carry out the fabrication works in line with the schedule
7. Must be fully concerned of safety of self and fellow workmen and colleagues working with him and his workplace
8. Should be aware of the basic quality checks to be conducted of the material during the fabrication process
9. Must have positive communication and negotiation skills to help get the best out of the fabricator as per requirement
