Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Preferred: M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Structural Design Engineer with robust expertise in RCC and Steel Structure Design, preferably with hands-on experience in commercial building projects. The candidate should be capable of handling structural analysis, design calculations, detailing, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform structural analysis and design for RCC and steel structures.
- Design beams, columns, slabs, foundations, retaining walls, and steel connections.
- Carry out structural load calculations, including dead loads, live loads, wind loads, and seismic loads.
- Prepare structural design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Handle structural design for commercial buildings and large-scale construction projects.
- Use structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable IS Codes, international standards, and project specifications.




- Review architectural and civil drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare and review structural GA drawings, reinforcement detailing, and steel fabrication drawings.
- Conduct design reviews and quality checks to ensure structural safety and accuracy.
- Provide technical support and design clarifications to site execution teams.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in RCC and Steel Structure Design.
- Commercial building project experience.
- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, or SAP2000.
- Structural analysis and design calculations.
- Foundation design and reinforcement detailing.
- Knowledge of IS Codes and structural design standards.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
