Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Strategic Sales Head to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, develop business strategies, and manage sales teams across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Lead and manage Sales Managers, Team Leaders and Immigration Consultants.
- Drive monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor branch-wise sales performance, lead conversion and team productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategies for business expansion.
- Analyse sales reports, market trends and competitor activities.
- Improve client acquisition, conversion rates and customer satisfaction.




- Coordinate with Marketing, Documentation and Operations teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and sales strategy meetings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing.
- 7–10 years of overall sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience in Immigration, Overseas Education or Consultancy is preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and business development skills.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and team management.
- Excellent communication and strategic decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
