Today, Elev operates 7 retail stores and is expanding rapidly. We are looking for a dynamic store manager to lead our flagship stores in Hyderabad City.

Role & Responsibilities

- End-to-end store management covering operations, sales performance, and customer experience
- Full responsibility for store safety, inventory management, audits, and compliance
- Hiring, training, and managing store staff; target setting and performance tracking
- Ensuring strict adherence to SOPs across billing, CRM, stock movement, and store upkeep
- Handling customer escalations and building long-term relationships with key clients




- Coordinating with Head Office on merchandising, reporting, and promotions

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 10 years of experience in jewellery retail, with proven store management exposure
- Strong understanding of jewellery operations, inventory controls, and security protocols
- Hands-on leader with the ability to build and retain high-performing teams
- Process-driven, dependable, and customer-centric
