- Manage and maintain store inventory and stock records.

- Monitor material receipts and overall stock movement.

- Ensure accurate recording of stock inward and outward transactions.

- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits.

- Coordinate with production, purchase, and sales departments for stock requirements

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

- Ensure proper storage, safety, and organization of stock.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports, Data Management, etc.).

- Proficiency in computer operations and inventory management software.

- Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination abilities.
