We are looking for a Store & Purchase Executive to manage material purchasing, store operations, and billing for our interior projects. The ideal candidate knows electrical and hardware materials well, can negotiate with vendors, and is comfortable with Tally and basic accounts.

Responsibilities

- Purchase materials from electrical and hardware shops and other suppliers as per project requirements

- Compare quotations, negotiate rates, and follow up on timely delivery

- Receive, inspect, and issue materials, and maintain accurate stock records

- Verify vendor bills and enter vouchers in Tally, including GST entries

- Track vendor payments and reconcile statements

- Prepare site-wise material and cost reports for management

Requirements

- B.Com / Diploma / Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field

- 2-5 years of experience in purchase, store, or accounts, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, or electrical/hardware trading

- Solid knowledge of electrical and hardware materials, brands, and market rates

- Working knowledge of Tally (ERP / Prime) and MS Excel

- Good negotiation skills, honesty, and attention to detail

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
