Raw Material Store Executive

Industry: Rubber Moulding / Plastic Injection Moulding / Automotive Components

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling and maintaining raw material inventory for Rubber and Plastic Injection Moulding production.

2. Knowledge of rubber and plastic raw materials such as Natural Rubber, Synthetic Rubber, EPDM, NBR, Silicone, PVC, PP, ABS, Nylon and other polymers.

3. Receiving, inspecting and verifying incoming raw materials against purchase orders and invoices.

4. Maintaining proper inward and outward records of raw materials.

5. Issuing raw materials to production as per BOM and production requirements.

6. Maintaining minimum stock levels and coordinating with Purchase and Production departments for material requirements.

7. Maintaining batch-wise, lot-wise and FIFO inventory records.

8. Monitoring material consumption, stock discrepancies and material wastage.

9. Conducting regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.

10. Maintaining proper documentation in ERP / SAP / Excel.

11. Ensuring proper storage, identification, labelling and traceability of raw materials.

12. Coordinating with Quality, Purchase and Production departments for material-related issues.
