We are looking for a responsible, compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to support our doctors and clinical team in delivering safe, hygienic and high-quality patient care.

Job Summary The Staff Nurse will be responsible for assisting dermatologists, supporting clinical procedures, providing nursing care, maintaining treatment rooms, monitoring patients and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Patient Care

- Welcome patients and assist them during their clinic visit.
- Record vital signs such as BP, pulse, temperature and oxygen saturation.
- Prepare patients for consultations and procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during and after treatments.
- Provide doctor-approved pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain patient comfort, privacy and confidentiality.

1. Clinical Assistance

- Assist dermatologists during consultations and procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and consumables.
- Assist with laser treatments, chemical peels, PRP/GFC, microneedling and other aesthetic procedures.
- Assist with IV therapy, injections, blood collection and wound care where qualified and authorised.
- Ensure all procedures follow doctor instructions and approved clinical protocols.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and consent documentation.

1. Infection Control and Hygiene

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all clinical areas.




- Sterilise and disinfect instruments and equipment as per protocols.
- Follow hand hygiene and personal protective equipment requirements.
- Segregate and dispose of biomedical waste correctly.
- Ensure treatment rooms are cleaned and ready before every procedure.

1. Equipment and Inventory Management

- Check availability of clinical consumables and nursing supplies.
- Maintain daily inventory records.
- Monitor expiry dates of medicines and consumables.
- Ensure equipment is clean, functional and properly maintained.
- Report equipment issues, shortages and maintenance requirements.

1. Documentation and Administration

- Maintain patient files and nursing records.
- Update treatment checklists and procedure registers.
- Maintain medication and consumable usage records.
- Ensure informed consent forms are completed before procedures.
- Report adverse events and incidents to the doctor immediately.
- Support clinical audits and SOP compliance.

1. Team Coordination

- Coordinate with dermatologists, aestheticians, receptionists and clinic management.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and timely treatment preparation.
- Assist in maintaining clinical schedules.
- Participate in staff meetings and clinical training.
- Follow clinic policies, attendance and professional conduct requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
- 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetics or multispecialty hospitals is an advantage.




- Knowledge of infection control, patient monitoring and clinical procedures.
- Basic computer skills and medical documentation knowledge.

Working Conditions
- Full-time clinic-based position.
- Clinic Timings 9AM-9PM
- Shift timings as per clinic operations
- Must follow clinical protocols and instructions from the consulting dermatologist.
- All nursing and clinical procedures must be performed within the employee's qualifications, training and legally permitted scope of practice.
