Job Summary You will lead financial control and reporting for markets and entities across Asia Pacific from India. You will partner with market finance teams, shared service centres, IT and regional stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely and controlled financial outcomes. Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end financial control and month-end close for assigned APAC markets and legal entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Own and improve reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet reviews and financial reporting.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors and local market teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
- Strengthen and maintain internal controls; support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policy.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals, setting clear expectations and supporting career growth.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives and support system changes and finance transformation activities.

Work Arrangement Hybrid. You will typically work from an India office two to three days per week and remotely for the remainder. Occasional travel within the region may be required.

Basic Qualifications

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or a related field,



or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services or service delivery.
- Practical experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting and balance sheet oversight.
- Strong awareness of internal controls and experience supporting internal and external audits.
- Experience managing vendors, shared service partners or outsourced providers.
- Practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP and robust Excel skills.
- Good written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Experience leading finance service delivery in a multinational or matrix organisation.
- Hands-on experience with process automation, robotic process automation or analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Background in finance transformation, ERP implementations or large-scale change programmes.
- Familiarity with audit readiness and internal control frameworks.
- Proven experience coaching and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
