QUALIFICATION: Any Degree

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 14 to 18 Years

REPORTING TO: HEAD QUALITY

PACKAGE : 10 - 12 LPA

JOB PURPOSE: Quality Assurance in Manufacturing Management

Plant wide Quality Management system and drive Improvement measures

2

Achieve all Unit KPIs

3

Manage Incoming,Inprocess,Final and Field Warrenty

4

CSR Implementation in Line and Customer Manufacturing system Audit Compliance.

Drive Quality Policies and Procedures

6

Eliminate customer complaint Resolving the issues and Preventing Re occurrence

7

Review FMEA ,Eliminate Defects at occurrence

8

Lead CEP Projects /(8D projects)- Rejection Reduction programs and Scrap Elimination programme

9

Reviewing Monthly customer score cards take proactive actions, Enhance Customer Delight

Responsible for organizing IATF related activities such as Internal Audit , Product and Process Audits ,Layer audits, Supplier Audit ,Identify System Weak Points Improve/Escalate, Drive Zero Defect

Responsible for Managing change management and related internal and external and approval of PPAP

Conduct QA Meeting Ensure Recent project Transition with Budgeted Quality Performance and BIC-best In Class

Prepare Quality Assurance plan for New products based on Past TGW and TGR

14

Knowledge in Advanced Measuring System

Collaborate with Supplier and Drive Supplier Development Program

Drive Quality Culture within the organization
