We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Spinning Supervisor to oversee our 20000 spindelage mill's shift production floor. The ideal candidate will manage workforce allocation, minimize process waste, and maintain seamless machine performance.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shift operations across blowroom, preparatory, ring frame, or winding departments.
- Allocate operators and labor to machines to ensure optimal floor utilization.
- Monitor production outputs, achieve shift targets, and control mixing/spinning waste.
- Maintain strict floor discipline, housekeeping (5S), and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to minimize machine downtime.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Textile Technology,
or any degree with extensive mill floor experience.
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of supervising shifts on a cotton/synthetic spinning mill floor.
- Skills: Solid leadership, knowledge of spinning machinery parameters, and basic computer skills for daily production logging.
- Shift Work: Mandatory rotation across A, B, and C industrial shifts.
- Salary: ₹15000 – ₹22000 per month (Negotiable based on technical knowledge and experience).
