We are looking for friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Wheelchair Assistants to work at Dubai Airport. The selected candidates will assist passengers with reduced mobility, elderly passengers, and passengers who require special assistance throughout their airport journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with wheelchairs within the airport terminal.
- Help elderly and passengers with disabilities during check-in, boarding, and arrival.
- Escort passengers between airport facilities, gates, and baggage claim areas.
- Provide courteous and qualified customer service.
- Handle wheelchairs safely and carefully.
- Coordinate with airport staff and airline representatives.
- Ensure passenger comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
- Follow airport security and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification:
High School / Plus Two.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or airport assistance is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of assisting passengers.
- Friendly, patient, and polite attitude.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
