- Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner items as per the restaurant menu.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation and portion sizes.
- Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety.
- Manage food preparation efficiently and complete tasks on time.
- Maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Have good knowledge of Kerala-style vegetarian meals and traditional South Indian cuisine.

Requirements - Previous experience in a South Indian or Kerala vegetarian restaurant preferred.





- Positive cooking skills and knowledge of traditional Kerala recipes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
