Alvoff.AI is Tipstat’s B2B sourcing platform. Buyers post requirements (RFQs) and verified suppliers quote on them. As a Sourcing Associate, you’ll bring the right suppliers onto Alvoff, make sure every RFQ is transparent, and see deals through from first quote to delivery. You’ll work directly with the CEO.

What you’ll do

- Onboard suppliers:

find, check and onboard suppliers, and verify what they can actually make before adding them.

- Get RFQs right:

help buyers turn a rough requirement into a complete RFQ (specifications, quantities, delivery and commercial terms) that suppliers can quote on first time.

- Chase quotes:

follow up with suppliers until every RFQ has timely, comparable quotes, and present them so the buyer can decide easily.

- Coordinate deals:

handle questions, negotiation, samples, order confirmation and delivery between buyers and suppliers, through to payment.

- Keep data accurate:

keep supplier records, RFQs,

quotes and deal status up to date on Alvoff.

- Learn the products:

build working knowledge of materials, prices, lead times and suppliers in your categories.

- Report weekly:

RFQs handled, quote turnaround, deals closed, and reasons deals were lost.

What we’re looking for

- 0–2 years in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, B2B sales or operations. Freshers with relevant internships are welcome.

- Comfortable on the phone with suppliers and buyers all day, and persistent with follow-ups.

- Clear communication in English and Hindi. Kannada or another regional language is a plus.

- Organised, so open items don’t slip.

- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus.

- Bonus: a degree or background in engineering, manufacturing or industrial products.
