Job Title : Solutions Consultant - Revenue Growth Management

Position Overview : We are looking for senior consultant with robust Revenue Growth Management (RGM) expertise, responsible for hands-on analytics, skill codification, and solution development across RGM pillars. This role is execution heavy and sits at the intersection of RGM domain, analytics, GenAI, and product development , working closely with RGM SMEs and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product

- Own business requirements for assigned RGM product modules and features.
- Create and maintain BRDs, including business logic, SQL patterns, edge cases, and insight interpretation guidance.
- Design and test workflows to enable RGM analysis, insight generation, and decisioning; apply GenAI concepts within defined product use cases.
- Map data fields, business rules, and end-to-end workflows into product modules and configuration frameworks.
- Review model outputs with data science teams and provide input for refinement and functional acceptance.
- Design schemas and test cases for RGM capability evaluation.
- Continuously test, iterate, and refine analytical logic as part of product and platform development.

Implementations

- Collaborate on first-time implementation of products for customers.




- Analyze customer workflows, enterprise data structures, and decision-making processes.
- Create product guides and training materials; participate in UAT and customer enablement.

Requirements

Core RGM

- Strong functional expertise across RGM levers such as Pricing, PPA, Mix, Trade Promotions, and Trade Terms

Problem Solving

- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into product requirements.

Communication

- Able to work effectively across cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.

AI & Tech skills

- Strong understanding of pricing and promotion models, with the ability to collaborate with data science teams on model iterations.
- Working understanding of GenAI concepts and prompt design for analytics and domain-grounded use cases.
- Strong understanding of structured data models and familiarity with POS, finance, and promo data in CPG / retail.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Analytics, Business, or related field
- MBA or master's degree in management is highly preferred not mandatory.

Experience

- 4+ years
- CPG analytics or consulting with expert level SQL (complex joins, window functions, business logic translation).
