iMolecule Softech is looking for a creative, confident, and versatile Social Media Content Creator who can bring ideas to life through engaging digital content.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, video editing, and graphic designing. They must be comfortable appearing on camera, creating short-form videos, editing engaging reels, designing social media creatives, and communicating effectively with online audiences.

We are looking for someone who can independently conceptualise, create, edit, and execute engaging digital content while contributing to the growth of our brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories, posts, and digital campaigns.
- Appear on camera and confidently present brand promotions, product explainers, and social media videos.
- Shoot, edit, and produce engaging reels, promotional videos, and other short-form video content.
- Design attractive social media creatives, banners, thumbnails, carousels, and promotional graphics.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, hooks, video scripts, and relevant hashtags.
- Research trending topics, viral formats, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Explore influencer marketing opportunities and assist with influencer collaborations.
- Monitor content performance, engagement, and reach, and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with changing social media trends, algorithms, and platform features.

Required Skills & Competencies




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence in appearing on camera and speaking in front of an audience.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar applications.
- Knowledge of graphic designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar applications.
- Ability to create visually appealing graphics and professionally edited videos.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and visual communication abilities.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to develop engaging content ideas, captions, and video scripts.
- Familiarity with social media trends, reels, hashtags, and content formats.
- Good research skills, attention to detail, and time management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Freshers with a strong creative portfolio and practical skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in content creation, video editing, or graphic designing is an advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing edited videos, reels, graphic designs, social media posts, or other creative work will be an added advantage.
