We requires an experienced site supervisor who could manages day-to-day operations on a construction or industrial site to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and up to safety and quality standards
- education: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in site supervision, trade coordination, or general contracting.
- Leadership & Authority: Ability to motivate workers, maintain discipline, and run crew huddles.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking to resolve on-site bottlenecks, material shortages, or labour conflicts.
- Blueprint Literacy: Robust ability to read, interpret, and apply architectural and engineering plans.
- Organization: Multi-tasking skills to track multiple sub-contractors, schedules, and compliance logs simultaneously
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kayankulam, Kerala 690502
